"We went to London in March of this year and the weather was very nice, but I am told we got lucky. I always had an umbrella in my backpack because there were a few times that it started raining really hard for about 5 minutes and it was a life saver. With the exchange rate as low as it is now, and if you are only going to England, I would use pounds rather than the Euro. Most receipts we got showed our savings for using pounds instead..."
